Apply to Become a Volunteer

Do you have the time and talent to become an Extension volunteer? Then take the first step. Below are the application forms to begin the process. 

• Enrolled Volunteer Application  
• Casual Volunteer Application
• Volunteer Background Check Authorization Form
• Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Sign Off

If you are applying to become an "enrolled" volunteer (4-H Leaders and Master Gardeners fall in this category), then complete the Enrolled Volunteer Application  instead of the casual form. 

If you are accepted as a volunteer and expect to be driving on behalf of our Association, whether in your own vehicle or one of ours, a Department of Motor Vehicle background check is required.
