Title of Position: Energy Program Manager

Details of Position: F/T, 40 hrs/wk, $60,410.00/salary

Location of Position: CCE Jefferson County, 203 N. Hamilton St. Watertown, NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of Clean Energy programming, including workshops focused on energy literacy for low-income and marginalized communities across a 7-county region.
• Oversee marketing and outreach initiatives for Clean Energy Programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Supervise a regional team of energy advisors and manage key partnerships, including subcontract oversight and interagency coordination.
• Guide the development and implementation of innovative clean energy initiatives in accordance with the Community & Economic Vitality Plan of Work.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience relevant to the role of the position.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to meet travel requirements associated with this position. 
• Ability to work flexible hours which may include evenings and/or weekends, as appropriate.

Details of Position: P/T, 20 hrs/wk, $18.75/hr

Location of Position: WCSD/CCE Jefferson County, 203 N. Hamilton St. Watertown, NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with special needs or who require additional support during 4-H Afterschool to ensure they can fully participate in activities, maintain focus, and succeed academically and socially in a safe environment.
• Collaborate with families to development learning and behavioral management plans and provide referrals to community programs as needed.
• Utilize existing resources and materials in program work including Cornell University research. 

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent education (GED/High School Diploma and 1 year of transferrable program/functional experience).
• Experience relevant to the role of the position.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License and the ability to meet travel requirements associated with this position. Ability to meet all School Age Child Care (SACC) and Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) licensing requirements (i.e. Tuberculosis Text, physical exam, training requirements).
• Ability to work flexible hours which may include evenings and/or weekends, as appropriate.
