Beef Quality Assurance is a nationwide certification program to help ensure a safe, wholesome and quality beef product for consumers.
Topics covered include cattle nutrition, handling, and vaccine protocols.
Part 1 of the training will be offered virtually.
Part 2 will be offered at 4 locations. (County residency does not matter for county location selected for chute-side training.)
$15/Person $30/Farm (Payment accepted in-person at chute-side training.)
