Valuing our Land: How Farming Protects our Rural Landscape

  • Saturday, January 25, 2020, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Join us for a free guided snowshoe tour across Gary and Kristy Sullivan's property to discuss the intersection of land management, conservation, and production agriculture. As part of the Farm Ops project, this event will serve to introduce veterans, active duty service members, and their families to different aspects of careers in agriculture.

Hosted by: CCE Jefferson County, Tug Hill Tomorrow Land Trust, Fort Drum ACS, and the Cornell Small Farms Program.

A free lunch will be provided after the tour.
