Cattle Hoof Health Workshop

Join Cornell Cooperative Extension and Cornell CALS PRO-DAIRY for a Cattle Hoof Health Workshop. This program will be repeated over the course of 3 days in 3 different locations in Northern New York. Participants will have the choice to register to attend in either Jefferson, Lewis, or St. Lawrence counties. There is a maximum of 15 participants per site, so sites will not be available to be chosen on the registration form once these maximums are reached.
Participants will learn about hoof health & anatomy, lameness detection & prevention, basic hoof first aid & care, and will get to practice trimming on cadaver feet. All materials and lunch are included in the $45 registration cost.
