What you'll learn:
- Ways to eat healthy on a budget
- How to cook and prepare different seasonal vegetables
- Reasons behind picky eating in children + ways to overcome it
At the end of the workshop we’ll make our own apple slaw, a delicious and refreshing summer treat!
