This 6-week training for beginners is designed to improve confidence, instill healthy habits, and show teens the benefits of physical activity on their emotional, mental, and physical health.
There will be 11 training days, beginning August 2nd, leading up to the Recovery Run in Watertown on September 10th.
Open to youth 10-18 enrolled at Alexandria Bay or LaFargeville Central Schools
