Agriculture Outreach educators can answer some of the most basic questions or act as liaisons between Cooperative Extension and Jefferson County farm families, presenting information regarding Extension’s educational program offerings, and also assessing the educational programming needs of the agricultural community and beyond. Educators provide immediate feedback so that Cornell Cooperative Extension can address trends, challenges and changing conditions in a timely manner, ensure up-to-date resources and information is available, and supports a profitable agricultural economy in Jefferson County.
