20 C Kitchen in Sackets Harbor - The Madison Barracks 20C Shared Use Kitchen in Sackets Harbor is a new venue where local producers can process their farm commodities into value added products to increase revenue and to extend marketing windows. In the fall of 2016, Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County completed the construction of a commercial demonstration and teaching kitchen at the Extension Learning Farm in Canton. The kitchen is also available for rent to vendors with other food businesses, such as caterers, bakers, food trucks and more. The space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The facility is fully equipped with cookware and utensils as well as variety of specialized equipment. For more information click here.
