The Hawn Memorial Library Virtual Moms' Group is open to all pregnant and breastfeeding moms. Drop in by phone, tablet, or computer every Monday at 10 AM.
- Socialize with other breastfeeding moms.
- Talk to a Certified Lactation Consultant about all your breastfeeding questions and concerns.
- Learn about the importance of breastfeeding for mothers and babies.
- Discuss changes that happen when you are pregnant that get you ready to breastfeed your baby.
- Share tips on how to position your baby.
- Learn how to pump and store breast milk.
- Discuss your rights regarding breastfeeding in public.
