Regional Dairy Specialist, Kimberley Morrill, PhD, will be hosting three workshops across the region focused on milk quality and components. The goal of this workshop is to field your questions on milk quality and components. Topics are listed below, but please come with questions as they will be used to guide the discussion. 

Topics:
  • Records and how they can be used to evaluate udder health and milk quality
  • Bugs - what do you have and what can you do? 
  • Improving components
  • Management practices to meet your goals
  • Goal setting for you farm

While there is no cost to this program, you do have to preregister. Lunch will be provided.
